General Terms

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ck22w website, mobile web interface, and any associated software applications through which gaming services are accessed.

1.2 Governing Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck22w. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule page, the game-specific rules shall govern for that game only; in all other respects these Terms shall prevail.

1.3 Language

These Terms are issued in English. ck22w is an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative text in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

1.4 Acceptance of Terms

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety;
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on ck22w — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and hold a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.

ck22w reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible to register and maintain an account on ck22w only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You do not already hold an active ck22w account under any name or email address;
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account suspended by ck22w for any reason;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of ck22w or its technology partners.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, same email address, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where ck22w identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts other than the first verified account may be closed, and any bonuses, winnings, or credits obtained through the duplicate account will be forfeited in full.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ck22w operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify player identity and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. At any point — including but not limited to account opening, first withdrawal request, or when account activity triggers a review threshold — ck22w may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name and number);
• Source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by ck22w will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may ultimately result in account closure.

2.5 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your ck22w login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — confidential and secure. You must notify ck22w immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ck22w shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck22w accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change. ck22w will provide reasonable notice of any material change to available payment methods.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from an account not registered to you personally — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method and the deposit will not be credited to your account. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit within the platform. The minimum bKash and Nagad deposit amount is ৳200.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with ck22w's anti-money laundering procedures. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method not registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal can be processed;
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• ck22w reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds;
• Processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

3.4 Currency

The functional currency of ck22w for players in Bangladesh is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are displayed in BDT. ck22w does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, ck22w will apply the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and a conversion may apply.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ck22w will notify you by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance. ck22w will continue to notify you on a monthly basis. If the balance reaches zero and the account remains dormant, the account may be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

ck22w offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by ck22w are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the individual promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are only available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion. ck22w reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player who is deemed ineligible, or where ck22w has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player is engaging in bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or in collusion with other players to meet wagering thresholds without genuine risk;
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unused bonus funds and winnings generated from those funds will be removed from your account automatically. ck22w will not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

4.5 Seasonal Promotions

ck22w may run time-limited seasonal promotions aligned with events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. Seasonal promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at ck22w's discretion without prior notice.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use ck22w solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure, security, or the experience of other users.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck22w. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of a human user;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any area of the platform, another user's account, or ck22w's backend systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that results in financial gain — any winnings resulting from a demonstrable error must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially motivated criminal activity through the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, bingo, live casino, or any other game format;
• Using the platform to conduct any form of commercial gambling operation, including acting as an intermediary or agent for third parties;
• Posting, uploading, or transmitting any content through the platform's communication features that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

5.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to engage with ck22w's services responsibly. You are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session timers, time-out features, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on the ck22w platform — including but not limited to the ck22w name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck22w or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any ck22w intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from ck22w in any form without the prior written consent of ck22w. You may not use any ck22w trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

6.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games hosted on ck22w are supplied under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. ck22w is authorised to make those games available to you as an end user under the terms of those licences. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to you by these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Platform Availability

ck22w operates on a commercially reasonable efforts basis to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ck22w does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. ck22w shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of any service or game.

7.2 Exclusions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck22w excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, or any consequential or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or browser incompatibility on the player's side;
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals that are attributable to the payment service provider;
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by you during registration or subsequent account management.

7.3 Bet Settlement Errors

In the event of a bet settlement error — whether due to a data feed failure, human error, or software malfunction — ck22w reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct odds or outcome. ck22w will give reasonable notice of any such re-settlement and will provide affected players with a clear explanation. Winnings paid in error are recoverable by ck22w and may be deducted from your account balance.

7.4 Force Majeure

ck22w shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or any other event classified as force majeure.

Account Termination & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ck22w account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, ck22w will process any verified real-money balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, and will close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by ck22w

ck22w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2.2 of these Terms;
• ck22w is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory obligation;
• The account has been used to conduct fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• The account holder has provided false information at registration or during subsequent verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ck22w.

Where an account is closed by ck22w due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from ck22w for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion of a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period. 8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of an account — whether voluntary or initiated by ck22w — the following consequences apply: all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked; you must cease all use of the platform; any outstanding wagering obligations are cancelled; and the provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, and 8) shall continue in full force and effect.
